Rahul Sarkar has 30 years of experience in global sourcing and manufacturing trenches in nooks and crannies worldwide, backed by an Illinois Institute of Technology and University of Notre Dame education. He had worked passionately for small-medium manufacturing and fabrication companies in the US to help them achieve the same access to low-cost suppliers, regain their competitive edge, and win back business that they lost when their large OEM customers took their supply base business overseas in the early oughts.
Bharat Bhushan has over 30 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management. He has managed numerous product development projects in India. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bharat has a strong understanding of a wide breadth of manufacturing technologies. He has led new product development programs from the initial stages to completion.
Roo has been with Chiketa Phoenix since 2023 as an administrative assistant, handling US customs, accounts, customer service, and many other responsibilities backed by a commitment to excellence. Her international experience at 19 on an exchange program at Momoyama Gakuin University in Osaka, Japan, enriched her global worldview and whetted her appetite for visiting more countries and learning languages. She is proficient in five languages, including English, Bengali, Hindi, Japanese, and Korean. She has an M.Phil in English and traveled to various countries. She has several awards in art, music, and debate. Her strengths are her perseverance and willingness to learn and explore uncharted territories.
Sourav is a tech-loving guy with a decade of experience specializing in global sourcing and deep-dive web research. His core strength lies in identifying and connecting with reliable product manufacturers across India and Asia and helping businesses streamline their procurement processes. He takes pride in turning complex research tasks into clear, actionable insights— building supplier databases, exploring new markets, or supporting backend operations.
Sam Shenyong has 25+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management. He has managed sourcing projects out of China related to electronics, engineered products, automation systems, robotics, custom automated machinery, and more. He specializes in the electronics and precision machinery industries and has access to a vast network of suppliers in China.
Ket has worked for over 20 years in Vietnam in engineering, plastic components, painting, printing, assembly, and electro-mechanics. His responsibilities include handling RFQs for new projects, calculating costs, sourcing mechanical parts and electronic components for box-built unit projects, drawing, tooling design and development, sampling, and then handing over to mass production, and driving suppliers to meet our customer requirements.
